Independent from the start
Both Intercoastal and Integrity were independent of any wirehouse from day one. Fee-based, fiduciary, client-first. The independence was never up for negotiation.
The Intercoastal and Integrity Wealth Planning story is the story of two independent, fee-based fiduciary practices joining forces to serve South Florida families under one consolidated firm.
Both Intercoastal and Integrity were independent of any wirehouse from day one. Fee-based, fiduciary, client-first. The independence was never up for negotiation.
Both practices ran a individualized, outcome-based philosophy. Structure over speculation. Partnership over transactions. The merger preserved the approach.
The Intercoastal Boca Raton office and the Integrity Plantation office now operate under one consolidated brand. Same teams, same client relationships.
Existing Integrity Wealth Planning clients kept their relationship intact during the transition. The brand changed; the work did not.
We meet on a real cadence, usually quarterly. The plan flexes as your life and the tax code change. Most relationships span decades.

Effectively a consolidation of two related independent practices into one firm under a single brand. The practices shared a planning philosophy, a fee-based fiduciary structure, and overlapping client geography. Combining made operational sense.
Existing client fees didn't change as a result of the brand consolidation. Fee schedules continue under the same structure that applied before. New clients onboarding under Intercoastal use the published fee schedule.
